Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 business days from the moment the package is shipped.

Yes – you have the right to return the purchased product within 100 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Please note: since Labubu figures are sold as Blind Boxes (surprise items), we do not accept returns of opened packages. A return is only possible if the box has not been opened.
